Manitou Springs is known as a quirky neighbor of Colorado Springs and is everything that Boulder was before it became more trustworthy and Rastafarian. Also nearby is Glenwood Springs, about 45 minutes north of Loveland and just a few miles from Boulder. America's first roller coaster was built here, and best known for the Giant Canyon Swing, Glenwoods Caverns, home to the largest cave system in the world and home to one of the largest caves in the United States, it is also located directly on the Colorado River, an important source of water for waterfalls.

There are countless activities to do in Carbondale and its surroundings, but that doesn't mean you're lacking places to visit with any level of imagination.

Loveland is located just a few miles north of Fort Collins, Colorado's second largest city, and there are many attractions and amenities in the city that are about a half hour north of Loveland. Some of the attractions / amenities Fort Collins is even closer, as there are a large number of restaurants, bars, shops and restaurants within a short drive. By far the trendiest places in Denver, such as Old Town Denver and the Old City Market, don't necessarily have to be on the foodie list.

Loveland is home to the University of Colorado, Colorado State University and Colorado School of Mines. Northern Colorado is home to many neighboring communities, including Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder, Greeley, Aurora, Fort Myers, Pueblo and Fort Morgan.

The mountains of Ouray have some of the best 4WD trails in the state, with old mining camps and structures dotted the landscape. Residents also have access to Pawnee National Grassland, so you could essentially explore the mountains and plains on the same day.
