Earle's Flowers has always delivered the best customer service and care of all the florists in Loveland, based on my 15 years of experience. Their arrangements are of the highest quality and their personnel are very accommodating. Way to go!

I tried to place an order via mail, using the mailing address on Earle's Loveland website. My order with a personalized card was sent back, not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward. I called to inquire and was told the address on their own web page was wrong. It was too late to place an order elsewhere for the occassion. There is nothing I can do is all the manager would say, and took no responsibility for failing to make sure the web site is correct. I had the distinct feeling they just don't care about anything. Totally unhelpful.

I have found Earle's to have some wonderful Christmas arrangements, but have also found them to be a bit on the pricey side. I do check in now and then to see what they have on hand.
